Art-Centric Pied-a-Terre

Our clients opted for a prominent city location for their secondary residence, and we wanted to infuse it with lively colors and textures, reminiscent of their favorite Italian summer experiences. This home would be used as a landing pad when in the city for work, as a gathering spot when their adult children were in town, and an intimate lounge to host family and friends. In the living room a salon-style seating arrangement was crafted, complete with intentionally selected artwork on the walls to encourage engaging conversations. To provide visual balance, we juxtaposed the vibrant common area with a serene black-and-white dining room, offering a tranquil space for relaxation and contemplation. The primary and guest bedrooms were designed to allow for the ultimate hotel experience, so our clients and their guests truly feel as though they are in a home away from home.
